Description & Tasting Notes

In 1802 Hugh Barton, his grandson and successor, teamed up with Daniel Guestier, a French trader, to create Barton & Guestier which is today the oldest wine merchant established in Bordeaux.

Intense purple, red colour with a nose of violet, black cherry and blackcurrant with
peppery hints. Full-bodied with a nice fruity and spicy finish.

Perfect with red meats and strong cheeses.
