Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Goods
If your order is damaged, defective or if you've received the wrong product please email us within 30 days at email@example.com or call 0161 7265994 and we will organise a refund or replacement. We may require photo evidence.
If you wish to return or exchange the product you must email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 0161 7265994 within 30 days.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be un-opened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
You will be responsible for paying for your own delivery costs for returning your item and these delivery costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return delivery may be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable delivery service or purchasing delivery insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
