Product Details

100% Verdejo, Hand-harvested overnight to keep the grapes cool, and protect them from direct sunlight. The vines are 10-40 years old. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel at 12 degrees. Intensely aromatic, with notes of pineapple, apricot and mango. Delicate yet energetic on the palate with a refreshing acidity. A perfect wine for shellfish or white fish.
