Some would say a delicate Cotes du Rhone is 'the best a red wine can get'. You won't be far wrong with this one. We have selected this incredible red wine which hits every point nutritionally while tasting incredible.
A ripe, generous Cotes du Rhone from an estate in the Donzere area of the southern Rhone that has been in the hands of the Aubert family since 1962. It is a classic blend of 70% Grenache and 30% Syrah. The late ripening Grenache, which is well suited to the warm southern Rhone, provides the perfect foundation for the addition of the full-bodied, spicy Syrah grape.
